Initial Inquiry
The process begins with a private inquiry. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share intentions, and get a general sense of whether this work may be appropriate.
There is no expectation or pressure to proceed beyond this point.
Screening & Preparation
If there is mutual interest in moving forward, a more in-depth intake and screening process follows. This includes discussion of health history, psychological readiness, current life circumstances, and intention.
Preparation is considered an essential part of the work. Time and care are taken to ensure clarity, consent, and readiness before any experience is considered.
Facilitated Experience
Experiences are held within a calm, intentional setting, with an emphasis on presence, safety, and support. The facilitator’s role is to maintain a steady container while allowing the individual’s experience to unfold without direction or interpretation.
Each experience is approached individually, without assumptions or predetermined outcomes.
People often report benefits like:
1. Relief from symptoms of depression or anxiety.
2. Reduction in PTSD or trauma-related stress.
3. Help with overcoming substance abuse or addictive behaviors.
4. A sense of spiritual or emotional healing, like resolving inner conflicts.
5. Greater clarity or a feeling of personal insight and understanding.
6. Improved emotional resilience or a sense of well-being.
7. Enhanced connection to others or a feeling of unity and empathy.
8. Release of long-held emotional blockages or past traumas.
9. A sense of inner peace or calm that lasts beyond the session.
10.And of course, just an overall feeling of being more aligned or authentic in their own personal journey.
